Please note - all of our PC's will be supplied with a unique Comspec Reference Number. This will be used to track the machine during its warranty period, etc. This number will be attached to the outer case and should be quoted in all support correspondence. Our support email address will be on this label too.

Please use SupportTeamComspec-Assist.co.uk for all technical queries and to log all faults, etc.

All PCs come with a standard 12-month RTB (Return To Base) warranty. This entitles the customer to expect to be able to ship any broken PC's to us and we will fix it free of charge (parts and labour). We MUST have an RMA number attached to all machines and this will be given when the fault is reported to us. The customer will be liable for any shipping costs, but we will accept the cost of returning the repaired PC. Obviously, if a machine has been damaged it will not fall under our warranty, but we will always give a competitive price for repair prior to fixing in these cases. A full list of Warranty clauses is available upon request – and will indeed be issued to all resellers upon their first order.

We welcome this support email address being given to any customers who may have a query and we will endeavour to reply to all support emails within 24 hours (regardless of the day of the week). We would ask that all customers are aware that we will only accept liability for our own equipment and will not accept support emails regarding anything else.

We welcome our resellers contacting us by telephone for any support issues they may have, but would ask that only resellers use this method and final customers are urged to use the email address. If we feel a customer needs to talk to us directly, we will call them after an exploratory email. The reasoning behind this is that we do not want our phone lines clogged with small queries which deviate our staff from their more important jobs.

An RMA number will be submitted if necessary, and arrangements made for the repairs of any warrantied PC's.
